Episode #16: Meeta Gournay & Dash Lilley, Three Spirit

Today on Subscribing to Wellness we are joined by Meeta Gournay and Dash Lilley, Co-Founders of Three Spirit. Three Spirit is an incredible line up of functional, healthier non-alcoholic spirits crafted by plant scientists and bartenders. Each of the three flavors in the Three Spirit portfolio includes a variety of plant-based compounds such as guayasa, schisandra berry, green tea, cacao, and valerian root to name a few.
