The Selva team focuses on partnering with ambitious founders as early as the seed stage to provide capital and strategic support to create big outcomes. Kiva held prior roles at TPG and CircleUp before starting the firm.

1) Selva reached its 11th investment out of fund one in Q4 of 2021, investing in non-alcoholic wine company, Surely. 2) Kiva comments on the "dinner party test," in which case he believes that most successful consumer goods companies need leadership personnel that you'd enjoy having dinner with. 3) Kiva often focuses on the 5Ms: megatrends, management, matter, metrics, and market.
