Santa Barbara based, Michael had always loved the ice cream and his kids had even begged him to own the company when they were younger. It wasn’t until a major life event where Michael and his wife decided now was the time they wanted to buy the dairy and run it! We discuss with Michael all about the history of the Dairy, flavor innovation, production at scale and so much more.
